RETURN & REFUND POLICY:
We believe in complete customer satisfaction. Please read below our return policy to take care of your concerns.
1) Order has not been shipped yet: Cancellation
Any order which has not been shipped can be cancelled or refunded via an official email at bedagskin@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +919303009227
2) Order was damaged when received:
We take utmost care while packaging to ensure that the product reaches you the way you had seen it on our website. However, due to situations beyond our control, the items delivered might get damaged in transit. Under such circumstance BEDAG Skin will return products that are faulty or damaged, or do not match the product ordered from the website. We would request you to let us know of the damage along with images within 24 hours of receipt of the product at your end so that we can make sure the same is not repeated with any other customer.
Please email us details with product video while opening the courier package at bedagskin@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +919303009227 for verification. If verification is validated and approved, ONLY then we will instruct on how to proceed with returning of the product and obtaining your replacement or refund.
3) Incorrect items received:
We are proud of the robustness of our fulfillment process and the right shipment would reach the right person at the right place. In case you receive items that are different from the ones you ordered, kindly let us know at bedagskin@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +919303009227 with photos of products received at your end within 24 hours. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a Product Inspection which takes about 3 working days after which your refund will be initiated.
4) Products which are Unopened and Sealed:
We offer exchange of products from the existing order received by you from our portfolio. Exchange will be initiated once products are received at our warehouse; they undergo Product Inspection which takes about 3 working days
5) Any other reasons for cancellation or return would be handled on a case to case basis.
6) Any change in delivery time and place requested by the customer will be obliged strictly on discretion of the courier agency. BEDAG Skin has no control over the same and customer has to contact the delivery partner.
7) Skin Sensitivity:
Usually till date we have not received any complaints about skin sensitivity from any of our customers. All of our products are completely safe.
We do accept return of products that may cause a skin reaction, since there may be a possibility that upon using the products there could be a sudden surge of response which can be triggered by an individual’s body. This is commonly known as a ‘skin purge’, a process where skin is undergoing a detox process. It is body’s natural way of eliminating toxins. It should calm down in a few days.
8) How & where do I return a product?
We will schedule a pickup using our logistics partner, and get it picked up. Cost for the same shall be decided on case to case basis. Please make sure the product is sealed properly. In case we are unable to provide logistics for return, then you will have to arrange the same and courier it to us sharing details at bedagskin@gmail.com or or WhatsApp at +919303009227.
Refund will be initiated once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a product Inspection which takes about 3 working days.
In case of refunds, the amount paid by you will get refunded using mode of payment within 10 – 15 working days. If refund via payment gateway is not possible, our customer care team will contact you to share NEFT / RTGS details in order to transfer the money. Refund requests will be carefully considered by our customer service team.
